The location is spectacular, and seems to be taken for granted. Tables are positioned inconveniently for getting in and out and one of the chairs at our table was pressed up against a tree. 2. Our server did little more than take our order and was not particularly friendly nor helpful. We actually have lived and traveled Europe extensively for three decades, but he couldn’t have known that and the smallest bit of hospitality would have made our “tourist” experience memorable for the right reasons. 3. The food was not great. Wir nehmen hier oft das Apéro inkl. Apéroplatte. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und verliert auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick nicht. Die Weinkarte könnte nach einigen Jahren einmal mehr Abwechslung bringen. Ebenfalls die kleinen Snacks dazu. L’atmosphère est très chaleureuse avec des canapés confortables, bougies et la cheminée. Notre serveur Franco a été super aimable et professionnel. L’équipe est francophone. Un endroit agréable à Lucerne, je recommande 🙌
